This course is an addition that builds on what was learned in Microsoft 365 Project: Part 1, which taught how to begin with planning projects using Microsoft’s project management tool.
Part 2 will prepare you to use advanced features, including task management, timelines, earned value calculation, custom reports, and custom views.
In this course, we explore ways to use built-in reports, create custom reports, and export visual reports to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio. You will also learn about linking projects, working with custom fields, updating project work, managing critical paths, creating custom views, formatting timeline views, using existing reports, creating custom reports, exporting visual reports, and more.
